With more than 30 years of experience covering the dairy and agriculture industries, Natzke has been an editor with DairyBusiness Communications since 2001. He currently serves as National Editorial Director, editor of Eastern DairyBusiness magazine and DairyProfit Weekly newsletter, and is a regular contributor to DairyLine Radio and the dairybusiness.com website. He previously served as editor of two weekly Wisconsin agricultural newspapers and a trade magazine in the construction industry. He grew up on a northeast Wisconsin dairy farm, attended UW-Madison, and is a graduate of the Wisconsin Rural Leadership Program. He lives with his wife Vicki, in north central Wisconsin.

Residing in Tulare, CA, the nation's No. 1 dairy county, Goble has covered the dairy industry for Western DairyBusiness since 2003. He has spent his entire career in ag journalism, previously serving as the ag reporter for the Visalia Times-Delta and The Fresno Bee, covering stories throughout the San Joaquin Valley of California for 20 years. He was editor of specialty crop publications, and had his own public relations company for 12 years, specializing in writing for agriculture and higher education He did work for many businesses and organizations, including University of California, Office of the President, and was interim communications director for UC-Merced during planning and development stages of UC's 10th campus. He has his BA in journalism from California State University, Fresno.

A nine-year staff member, Karen has worked in promotion and PR previous to being named editor. Previously she was PR and Communications coordinator for a major AI firm in Madison, WI and before in a Pennsylvania field office. She grew up on her family's purebred Holstein farm in Maryland and holds a BS degree in animal science from the University of Delaware. She has energized the Holstein World editorial product and leads content development for the website.

Kayla Jentz

As the newest DairyBusiness editorial staff member, Kayla writes, edits and manages content for print and online communications. She brings a youthful outlook on marketing and communications from recent positions with Wisconsin Livestock Identification Consortium and ANIMART. Kayla is a 2010 graduate of UW-Madison, where she was involved on campus and successfully completed a variety of dairy industry internships. She was also a regular freelance contributor for state and national publications prior to joining DairyBusiness Communications. Kayla grew up on her parent's dairy farm and currently resides in south central Wisconsin with her husband Casey.

Bill Baker has more than 25 years experience in broadcasting, and has been with DairyLine for over 12 years. Prior to joining DairyLine, he held the position of news and program at several Northwest radio stations and also helped anchor special events for cable television. He has won awards in both Oregon and Washington states from the Associated Press for "best anchored newscast" and "spot reporting."
