The All-American judges enjoy the Brazilian restaurant Fogo de Chao in Indianapolis after the start of the 95th annual All-American Contest. Look for results in the January 2017 Issue of HolsteinWorld.
Nine active dairy cattle judges who placed animals in shows across the country gathered to select the All-American nominations for Holsteins and Jerseys at meetings held Nov. 30 in Indianapolis, Ind.
For open Holsteins in the 92nd contest the committee was composed of Jamie Black of New York; Justin Burdette, Pennsylvania; and Eric Topp, Ohio. In the Jersey division, the 11th annual contest, it was Michael Heath, Maryland; Chad Ryan, Wisconsin; and Phillip Topp, Ohio comprising the committee. These two groups carefully selected the six top animals in each of the 19 classes which will be presented in the initial issue of HolsteinWorld Exclusive arriving in mailboxes in mid-January.

MADISON, WIS. – Miss Apple Snapple-Red-ET, owned by MilkSource Genetics, Kaukauna, Wis., received the honor of being named the 2016 World Dairy Expo International Futurity Champion on Saturday, October 8. She was awarded with the $1,000 Grand Champion Cash Award, sponsored by Trans Ova Genetics. Earlier in the week, Snapple took home first place in the Red & White 2016 World Dairy Expo International Futurity, and placed second in her class of Junior Three-Year-Old cows.
Reserve Champion Futurity honors went to the winning Jersey. Royalty Ridge Tequila Circus-ET, owned by River Valley Farm, Ben, Andy, Blessing and Grace Sauder, Tremont, Ill. She received a $500 cash award, sponsored by Trans Ova Genetics.

Outstanding Booth Awards are given to companies or organizations with a strong presentation and promotion of a product, brand or company. Selection criteria include an overall functional booth, a booth that possesses stopping power by utilizing theme, design and relevance and a staff that is approachable and professional.
