Technology defenders: California producers meet.
In an effort to rally support for protecting producers’ rights to use safe and approved technology, specifically rBST, more than 100 dairy producers gathered in Visalia, Calif., Feb. 19. Terry Etherton, Penn State University animal scientist, joined them and shared his insights into what’s driving the fluid milk labeling issue and how producers across the country can and are working together to address the challenge.
