FDA has agreed to extend the DFA BTU 09-904 milk sanitation rating due 4/8/2020 for 60 days to 6/8/2020.
While this is suspension is in effect, Department staff will remain in contact with their assigned farms and plants by phone.
As stated in our memo to the dairy industry, we will continue to respond to positive inhibitor reports, pasteurization re-sealing of regulatory seals and any report of illness or injury related to milk or milk products.
