Inspired by the gradual and purposeful process of returning to in-person activities, the Minnesota Nutrition Conference will be held in person in 2021. The 82nd Minnesota Nutrition Conference is scheduled for September 22 and 23, 2021, at Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center in Mankato, MN. Please save the date.
The Minnesota Nutrition Conference is pleased to announce its partner ADM will be presenting the pre-conference symposium the morning of September 22 at the conference site: Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center in Mankato, MN. The lineup of speakers and topics is outstanding and includes topics related to monogastric and ruminant nutrition by internationally renowned speakers.
The General Session of the 82nd Minnesota Nutrition, which begins on the afternoon of September 22, is themed Animal nutrition in the changing world of animal production. Speakers will address how nutritionists are managing ingredient use and diet formulation to feed animals in an environmentally conscious manner. A welcome reception will follow.
On day 2, attendees may choose to attend presentations by leading nutritionists from private industry and academia in one of two concurrent sessions on ruminant and monogastric nutrition.
The conference planning committee is busy securing speakers for topic selections, which will be announced in the next several weeks. Registration will open by mid-July. We will be sending a reminder when the program is complete and registration is open. The conference hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn Mankato. A block of rooms has been reserved under “Minnesota Nutrition Conference until August 31.
