Registration is open to attend the 82nd Minnesota Nutrition Conference

September 22-23, 2021

This year, the Minnesota Nutrition Conference partnered with ADM to present the pre-conference symposium the morning of September 22 at the conference site:  Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center in Mankato, MN.  The lineup of speakers and topics is outstanding and includes topics related to non-ruminant and ruminant nutrition by internationally renowned speakers (https://mnnutritionconf.umn.edu/adm-pre-conference-symposium-todays-science-tomorrows-success).

The General Session of the 82^nd Minnesota Nutrition, which begins on the afternoon of September 22, is themed Animal nutrition in the changing world of animal production. The committee is bringing a group of renowned speakers that will address how nutritionists are addressing ingredient use and diet formulation to feed food animals in an environmentally conscious manner.  A speaker panel will permit participants greater interaction with speakers at the end of the session (https://mnnutritionconf.umn.edu/program-agenda). A welcome reception hosted by Alltech will follow.

On day 2, attendees may choose to attend presentations by leading nutritionists from private industry and academia in one of two concurrent sessions on ruminant and non-ruminant nutrition (https://mnnutritionconf.umn.edu/program-agenda).
