Presented as a partnership between Cornell University Animal Science  and Miner Institute, the Advanced Dairy Nutrition and Management Shortcourse delivers in‑depth exposure to emerging science, practical tools, and evolving management strategies shaping modern dairy systems. This program goes beyond fundamentals to focus on advanced decision‑making, applied research, and real‑world implementation.

Join us for an intensive learning experience designed for experienced dairy nutritionists, technical service professionals, and allied industry consultants and specialists supporting on-farm decision making.

While the full agenda is still being finalized, participants can expect high-level discussions and case driven insights spanning nutrition, metabolism, management, and technology—including:

  • Inflammation, transition cow biology, and mineral regulation
  • Calf and heifer nutrition from early life through post‑weaning
  • Microbiology and the rumen microbiome
