Rob-See-Co, an independent seed company located in Elkhorn, NE, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Saalfeld to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 1, 2026.
Saalfeld has been with Rob-See-Co since May 2016, serving in financial roles of increasing responsibilities over the past decade. He began his career with the company as a Financial Analyst before being promoted to Accounting Manager in November 2021. In his new role as CFO, he will oversee the company’s financial strategy, planning, reporting, and operations, helping Rob-See-Co position for continued growth and long-term success.

Prior to joining Rob-See-Co, Saalfeld spent nearly nine years with Shaw, Hull & Navarrette, CPAs, where he earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, with minors in Economics and Mathematics.
A North Bend, Nebraska native, Jason is actively engaged in his community, serving in leadership and financial oversight roles with several local nonprofit organizations, including Grand Passage Sportsmen and the Purcell Initiative.
