IDFA is excited to be releasing the second-annual State of Women in Dairy Survey! We are committed to contributing to a culture that facilitates advancement for women in the dairy industry. Last year, IDFA released the first-ever State of Women in Dairy Report to dig deep into the attitudes, beliefs, behaviors, and policies affecting women employed throughout the dairy supply chain including adjacent industries.
This year, we look forward to building on last year’s benchmarking, to see where we have made progress as an industry, and where gaps still exist in this work. Take this survey today to provide your feedback and experiences!
