Molly McWilliams, a Maola farmer from Orange, Virginia, has been appointed to the Virginia Milk Commission by Governor Glenn Youngkin. The Commission plays a vital role in ensuring Virginians have a stable, affordable supply of milk while protecting the interests of both consumers and producers.

Molly is no stranger to leadership. As our 2024 Outstanding Young Cooperator (YC), she has represented Maola Local Dairies at the national level, bringing the voice of the next generation of dairy farmers to the table.

A fourth-generation dairy farmer, Molly manages her family’s 200-cow herd and carries forward a deep legacy of stewardship, innovation, and commitment to the future of dairy.
