PDPW Financial Literacy for Dairy – Level 3 scheduled for March 23-24
The PDPW Financial Literacy for Dairy program is the dairy industry’s first dairy-specific financial curriculum and provides the tools for dairy professionals to manage and thrive in increasingly volatile market conditions. The Level 3 course is the third in a series of three. The course curriculum was authored by Dick Wittman of Wittman Consulting and faculty with TEPAP – The Executive Program for Agricultural Producers (TEPAP). Wittman also serves as an instructor for the course.
A collaboration with several partner lending institutions participate in the “Count On Us” program, through which partial scholarships are available to dairy producers who participate in the PDPW Financial Literacy for Dairy program. In such cases, class attendees pay the program fee to PDPW upon registration, then consult with their “Count on Us” partners to determine the scholarship amount. A full list of participating partners is available on PDPW’s Financial Literacy for Dairy program page.
Registration is limited to 30 spaces. To register, visit www.pdpw.org or contact PDPW at 800-947-7379. While some attendees have previously completed levels one and two, others will place into the class based on a pre-session online assessment. The final day to complete the online assessment test is Monday, March 21.
