American Dairy Association North East’s 2021 annual report – Building the Farmer-Consumer Connection – is now available online here, or it can be found by clicking on “Annual Reports” under the “About Us” section of AmericanDairy.com.

“While still entrenched in the pandemic experience, dairy checkoff continued to aggressively represent our 9,000 dairy farmers in the region’s marketplace to further build sales and trust in dairy products,” said ADA North East CEO Rick Naczi. “Guided by our dairy farmer board members, we expanded their influence to find new growth opportunities to ensure their checkoff investment responsibly met the demands of consumers.”

Included in the report are messages from Naczi, in addition to the 2021 dairy farmer chairs Audrey Donahoe of Clayville, N.Y., and Jeff Raney of Adamsville, Pa.

The report also details the association’s programs related to retail, youth educational programs in schools, consumer education and media outreach, farmer advocacy, hunger relief collaborations, environmental partnerships, dairy princess programs, and national partnerships. Financial records are also included to outline the income and expenditures of dairy farmer checkoff investments.
