Build Your Leadership Skills with Ag Supervisory Leadership Courses

Discount Available for PA Dairy Producers

Are you a dairy farm supervisor or manager who wants to learn about human resource management practices? Have you been wanting to develop leadership skills that can foster a rewarding workplace that drives results on your farm? Cornell Agricultural Workforce Development is currently offering two Ag Supervisory Leadership courses starting in November: an Employee Development & Training course (taught in English) and a Staffing & Organizing Your Team course (taught in Spanish). Registration is currently open and closes on November 17th.

Discount and rebate available for PA dairy producers: Dairy producers in Pennsylvania can receive $150 off the cost of each course, bringing the cost down to $175 per person, per course. The Northeast Dairy Business Innovation Center is offering a $100 scholarship to Northeast producers, and the Center for Dairy Excellence is building on that to offer an additional $50 scholarship to PA dairy producers for a total discount of $150. Simply select “Dairy (in PA)” as your industry during the registration process, and both scholarships will automatically be applied so you can receive $150 off. AgConnect is also offering a rebate for the remaining cost of your registration to producers who submit an application. Click here to learn more.
