California Dairy Sustainability Summit March 24 in Visalia

At this year’s Summit, we’ll take a moment to ask our dairy farmers an important question: how are you planning for the future? For decades, California dairies have been continually investing in new technologies and advancing the sustainable production of milk and dairy foods. As the California dairy sector is at a crossroads with efforts to reduce methane, improve groundwater protection, cope with increasingly limited water availability, and manage other significant challenges, we’ll hear several farmer perspectives and learn how they aim to sustain their family-run operations today, and well into the future.
