PDP presents opportunities for dairy professionals to learn from experts on trending topics

This week, The Dairy Signal® from Professional Dairy Producers® (PDP) kicks off 2025 with episodes focused on strategies for achieving team and production success in the new year. Tune in on Tuesday for a “Coaching Corner” segment centered on boosting team culture. On Wednesday, the episode will dive into feed inventories and quality, while Thursday’s session will spotlight beef-on-dairy production.

Tuesday, January 14

Return to the “Coaching Corner” with a focus on igniting team culture, including how to build culture on purpose and setting goals for your team’s culture. Episode presenter will be:

Wednesday, January 15

Tune in for a review of 2024 silage and high moisture crop results, strategies for managing rations for 2025 and a discussion on managing feed inventories. The episode will be presented by:

  • Dr. Luiz Ferraretto, Assistant Professor and Ruminant Nutrition Extension Specialist, University of Wisconsin-Madison

Thursday, January 16

Join a discussion on raising beef on dairy with management practices and recommendations for raising these cattle from calf to carcass. The episode will be presented by:
