IDFA Announces New Dairy Diversity Coalition

IDFA is committed to working with our members and the broader dairy industry to address our most valuable asset – our people – and creating a diverse and inclusive workforce is an important component of that.

The IDFA Dairy Diversity Coalition, formed in partnership with our IDFA members and Egon Zehnder, will:

• Share best practices to build inclusive cultures through information sharing and transparency.
• Empower industry collaboration to increase Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the dairy industry.
• Build a workforce that looks like, and is reflective of, the communities and consumers we serve.

The Dairy Diversity Coalition joins IDFA’s incredible suite of People Strategy programs, including the NextGen Leadership Program, Women in Dairy, HR Leaders in Dairy, and The Power of People.
