SPEAKER AND MODERATOR
Robin Smith, AFIS, CRM, CIC, RCLS is the director of sales for Dairy Farmers of America Insurance. She has been in the insurance industry for 14 years, having started as a sales representative and working her way up. Prior to her time in insurance, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and worked in sales with Coca-Cola for 10 years.
