Pearl Dell Drake Whitney brings home Senior and Grand Champion of the International Junior Brown Swiss Show. Whitney, the winning junior-owned Five-Year-Old Cow, is exhibited by Elizabeth D Schieferstine of Verona, N.Y., and received the Lillian & Keith King and Jim King Grand Champion of the Junior Show Award. Following her as the Reserve Grand Champion is the Intermediate Champion and first prize Junior Three-Year-Old Cow, Harvest Brz Els Windstorm, exhibited by Tristan Hans Ostrom of Kaukauna, Wis.
Jenlar Diego Wedding-ETV is named Reserve Intermediate Champion of the International Brown Swiss Junior Show. Wedding is owned by Tristan Hans Ostrom of Kaukauna, Wis. The Reserve Senior Champion of the International Brown Swiss Junior Show is Aldens R Presley-ETV, the second place Five-Year-Old Cow. Presley is exhibited by Aubree, Aiden and Alaina Topp of Botkins, Ohio.
In the heifer show, Junior Champion honors go to the winning Fall Calf, Ar-Line Tmo Love Bites-ETV, leased by Kyla Johnson and owned by Ranae Herman of Tomah, Wis. The Reserve Junior Champion is the first-prize Spring Yearling, Jenlar Wclass Wellcut-ETV, owned by Brianna and Abby Meyer of Chilton, Wis.
Official judge Richard “RT” Thompson of Darlington, Wis., along with his associate Hayden Hauschildt of Ellsworth, Wis., were charged with placing 147 head of Brown Swiss in the International Junior Brown Swiss Show.
