Delgado Mondragon is the maintenance manager at Pine Breeze Dairy and has attended Cornerstone Dairy Academy once before, completing the Servant Leaders pillar. By attending the Influential Leadership this year, he is eager to take home the knowledge necessary to provide better training and communication to the operators on his team.
Fischer is assistant herdsman at Henar Acres Dairy. He is currently attending UW-River Falls and double majoring in dairy science and agriculture business. His goal is to improve his leadership abilities so he can more adeptly work with people in situations of potential tension and conflict.
Hoewisch owns Hoewisch Homestead with her husband. She operates in several different capacities on the farm, including as wet-calf technician, manager of employees’ schedules and assisting with bookkeeping. She looks forward to developing her ability to better communicate with employees and to become a proficient spokesperson for the dairy industry.
Neumann works on a dairy farm consisting of 350 milking cows. She is responsible for the health of all calves, heifers and cows, as well as employee management. She is eager to learn more skills to become a more skillful manager and to better lead by example.
Peissig owns and operates JTP Farms in Medford, Wis. After graduating from UW-River Falls he worked at DeLaval and Dic-Wisco Farms before returning to the family farm. He’s been dairying on his own for 9 years and is currently milking 325 cows with 4 robots on an 80-cow tie-stall facility. His aim is to implement what he learns to become an effective advocate for dairy as he becomes even more active in the industry.

The Wisconsin Rural Opportunities Foundation is a non-profit organization that began in 1934 to purchase Federal Housing Administration (FHA)-guaranteed loans following the Great Depression to stimulate Wisconsin’s agricultural economy. Today, WROF invests in the education of people from rural Wisconsin so they can transform and improve the economic health and quality of life in their rural areas.
Presented by the Professional Dairy Producers® (PDP), March 12-13 at Chula Vista Resorts and the Kalahari Convention Center in Wisconsin Dells, Wis., Cornerstone Dairy Academy is a three-pillar leadership-development program designed to build the skills of dairy farmers and industry professionals who want to lead with purpose, character and integrity.
