Dairy Challenge offers several contests for undergraduate students as part of the premier dairy event in the country. National and regional contests give students the opportunity to evaluate a well-managed dairy and then recommend management enhancements to a panel of judges comprised of industry and academic professionals. The Dairy Challenge Academy runs in conjunction with the national contest and offers students an intensive program using the educational component of the Dairy Challenge contest without the competition. Dairy Challenge has 126 students from 17 universities and tech schools registered to participate in the upcoming Midwest Regional, which gets underway Wednesday, February 7.
