On Friday, January 17 from 12-1 p.m., the Center for Dairy Excellence will host a “Protecting Your Profits” webinar titled “2025 Dairy Market Outlook, Trends, and Opportunities Ahead.” Kathleen Noble Wolfley from Ever.Ag will share an overview of U.S. and global milk supply expectations in the new year, new cheese capacity, the importance of exports, domestic demand, and how to navigate risk in this environment.
