AFIA Announces PISC Agenda, Early-Bird Registration Rates Ending

The American Feed Industry Association (AFIA) is pleased to announce details for the upcoming Purchasing and Ingredient Suppliers Conference (PISC) May 14-16, in Orlando, Fla. Hosted by AFIA, the one-of-a-kind event attracts more than 600 feed ingredient buyers and sellers each year and is truly “where business gets done!”

“We just wrapped up the International Production & Processing Expo last week and many of our members were already talking about how excited they are for the upcoming PISC in May,” said Veronica Rovelli, AFIA’s senior director of meetings and events. “AFIA’s Purchasing and Ingredient Suppliers Committee has put together a really great agenda, and we can’t wait to see everyone in Orlando.”

This year’s program runs Tuesday through Thursday and will include member favorites such as the golf tournament, sporting clays tournament and the suppliers showcase. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from several speakers on a variety of topics, including: trade and tariffs, government politics, supply chain issues, a discussion on foreign animal diseases with a focus on African swine fever, a grain outlook and a presentation on animal economics.

Only a few weeks remain for attendees to register at the early-bird rates. Attendees should register by Friday, March 1, to receive the discounted early-bird rate of $599 for AFIA members and $2,050 for non-members. Click here to register now.
