Application Deadline: September 15, 2024
The Road to Influence program offers a comprehensive curriculum that focuses on six key competencies, including self-awareness, communication, persuasion, and collaboration. Participants will engage in a blend of in-person meetings, monthly virtual sessions, and hands-on projects, all designed to enhance their leadership abilities and build strong connections with like-minded women from across the country.
Heather Hampton+Knodle, past president of American Agri-Women, who was instrumental in developing the program, emphasized its importance: “The Road to Influence program is about more than just leadership development—it’s about creating a community of empowered women who are ready to make a lasting impact in agriculture. We are looking for women who are passionate, driven, and ready to take their leadership to the next level.”
Who Should Apply: The Road to Influence program is ideal for women involved in any aspect of agriculture, whether they are farmers, ranchers, agribusiness professionals, or advocates for the industry. Applicants should be passionate about agriculture and committed to advancing their leadership skills to drive positive change.
How to Apply: Applications are being accepted until September 15, 2024. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting www.americanagriwomen.org/road-to-influence. Space is limited, so early application is encouraged.
