Dr. Joel Pankowski has been promoted to the role of Sr. Technical Services Manager – Dairy. Pankowski has been with ARM & HAMMER since May 2011, supporting the East Region dairy sales team. In his new role, Pankowski will be expanding his role to include managing the dairy technical services staff in the Americas.
Andy Schwytzer has been promoted to the role of Strategic Account Manager – Dairy. Schwytzer has been with ARM & HAMMER since October 2016 in dairy sales. In his new position, Schwytzer will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with customers throughout the country.
“Both Joel and Andy have been essential members of our team for many years now,” said Mark Martinez, Director, Americas Sales. “They have both made significant contributions to our team during their time with ARM & HAMMER and we are thrilled that they will be stepping into new roles to better serve our customers and partners across the dairy industry.”
The dairy team at ARM & HAMMER also welcomed Wayne Hurst as a Dairy Account Manager for the west team, predominantly covering Colorado and Kansas. Hurst brings over 30 years of dairy experience. He was most recently at Forage Genetics International, a subsidiary of Land O’ Lakes.
“Wayne’s experience and intimate knowledge of the dairy industry makes him the perfect person for this role,” Martinez said. “We are very excited about the knowledge and experience he will bring to our customers on a daily basis.
