At the recent California dairy accelerator event for new products, consumer reactions were measured by neural testing conducted by an organization named Thimus. By detecting brain waves, this technology can measure preferences and even intensity of feelings about tastes and aromas. In this week's video, Joel Hastings of DairyBusiness News is shown trying two samples with this equipment. This video was taken by Jennifer Giambroni of the California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB).
