Trend-Forward Products Made with Sustainably Sourced California Milk Featured.
The California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB) will spotlight a diverse selection of innovative specialty dairy products at the 2026 Summer Fancy Food show in New York, N.Y. June 28-30, 2026.
“Specialty foods remain an important category for retailers as consumers continue seeking new and exciting products. California dairy processors are at the forefront of innovation, bringing trend-driven cheeses, snacks, and dairy offerings to market,” said Lizzie Werber, Director of Business Development at CMAB. “The Summer Fancy Food Show provides an excellent opportunity to showcase this innovation and connect with food manufacturers, buyers, entrepreneurs, and other industry professionals. California’s renowned dairy producers and cheesemakers continue to raise the bar with consistent, premium-quality products crafted from sustainably sourced milk produced on the state’s family-owned dairy farms.”
California is the nation’s leading milk producer, and makes more butter, ice cream and nonfat dry milk than any other state. California is the second-largest producer of cheese and yogurt. California milk and dairy foods can be identified by the Real California Milk seal, which means they are made with milk from the state’s dairy families.
