The NIAA Advanced Training for Animal Agriculture Leaders program began in 2021 with 15 leaders and with increased insights and exposure expanded to 20 leaders in Cohort 2. Over the past three years, Cohort leaders have met in-person and virtually to identify disciplines to dive into and learn more about. These topics are in addition to the four areas – critical thinking, leadership development, connecting and relating skill development, and operational excellence, the NIAA board of directors established.
As Cohort 3 finishes their 16-month experience over the coming months and Cohort 4 is selected to begin their experience, we invite you to support this NIAA program on #GivingTuesday. As the saying goes, “many hands make light work.” Similarly, our combined contributions add up to support this growing, influential program.
