CowManager, a global leader in smart cow monitoring solutions, is pleased to announce the expansion of its U.S. team with three key hires: Joanna Frankenberg, William Wolf and Charlie Hoffman. These new team members will help advance CowManager’s mission to empower dairy producers with data-driven insights to optimize herd health, fertility and nutrition.
With a combination of hands-on dairy production experience and technical expertise, Wolf joins the company as CowManager Senior Dairy Technology Support Specialist, providing advanced support and training to producers and industry partners, overseeing system installations, and collaborating closely with CowManager’s global teams to ensure seamless adoption of the company’s innovative solutions. Previously, he was an assistant herdsman, managing calf operations and herd performance at Wolf Bros. Dairy, Windthorst, Texas, while also working as a Network Operations Technician for Community Telephone Company. Wolf holds a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University and also participated in the U.S. Dairy Education and Training Consortium.
Hoffman will serve as a CowManager Performance Specialist, working directly with U.S. dairy producers to analyze herd data, drive improvements, and deliver actionable insights to maximize farm profitability. Hoffman brings a strong dairy background, having worked on and managed dairy farms both before and after college. He has experience in product management and has been active in the commercial dairy scene since 2015. His previous roles include positions at Dairy One, Valley Ag Software, VES-Artex, CattleEye and Ever.Ag. Hoffman earned a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a minor in Biology from Cornell University and is currently enrolled in the Master of Computer and Information Technology program at the University of Pennsylvania.
“These new hires reflect our ongoing commitment to building a strong U.S. presence and delivering unmatched value to dairy producers,” says Jared Krull, Vice President of Sales and Service at CowManager USA. “We’re excited to welcome Joanna, William and Charlie to the team. Each brings a unique skill set and a genuine passion for the dairy industry, strengthening CowManager’s ability to meet the growing demand for advanced, data-driven solutions that support profitability and sustainability in dairy farming.”
