Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) applauds the recent decision published today by the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) dispute panel, which found Canada is improperly restricting access to its markets for U.S dairy products in violation of the USMCA tariff rate quota (TRQs) commitments.

Additionally, we thank National Milk Producers Federation (NMPF) and the U.S. Dairy Export Council (USDEC) in securing the support from U.S. policymakers to pursue action in this case.”
