Dairy’s Foundation Grants Available to Support Dairy Education, Outreach Programs

Nonprofits: Apply by June 1 for to $10,000 in grant funding

Organizations and nonprofits looking to launch new educational programs, support future dairy leaders or strengthen community engagement are encouraged to apply now for grant funding from Dairy’s Foundation. Applications for grants up to $10,000 are due June 1, 2026.

Since the grant program was created in 2010, Dairy’s Foundation has provided financial support to innovative ideas and programs across the country.

“Through grant opportunities like Dairy’s Foundation, we were able to make our vision of traveling agriculture exhibits a reality. Educating the public about agriculture is worth every dollar spent as fewer and fewer people have any connections to farms and agriculture,” said Amy Ries, director of agricultural programs at Envision Greater Fond du Lac. “I encourage agricultural nonprofits to think big when adding to their educational resources and take the time to request funds from generous organizations like Dairy’s Foundation who are willing to help make their visions a reality.”

The Envision Greater Fond du lac Agri-Business Council received a grant to help fund the development of interactive, mobile educational dairy exhibits to teach children and adults about the uses, nutritional value of dairy products along with the

technology and sustainability efforts in today’s dairy industry. The exhibits are taken to libraries, fairs and other events throughout Fond du Lac County.

Applications will be reviewed by an independent grant-selection committee. Organizations with a tax status of 501(c)(3) or (5) may apply.
