IDFA is committed to contributing to a culture that facilitates advancement for women in the dairy industry. To that end, IDFA is conducting its first annual State of Women in Dairy Survey to benchmark our industry’s progress and trends. Our intention is to harness the survey’s data to improve retention, recruiting, and gender equality in U.S. dairy. Earlier this year, IDFA fielded a shorter survey that unearthed several datapoints and trends that demonstrate our industry has more work to do to ensure gender equality. We thank everyone who participated in that initial survey and encourage anyone working in dairy to participate in the State of Women in Dairy Survey.
