Meet Phillip Patrick: From a 20-year career as an engineman in the US Navy to becoming our Maintenance Manager in Cabool, Mo.

Phil is not just an expert in maintenance; he brings leadership lessons — like working with different personalities and hearing different perspectives — from his Navy days into motivating our team every day.

Today, he says he is most proud to work at DFA because of the culture of caring that the employees at the Cabool plant have cultivated.

“Working with everyone at this plant on a daily basis makes this workplace a second home and my co-workers are family, just like how it was in the military,” Phil says.
