
The ServSafe® program delivers comprehensive, up-to-date instruction on all aspects of food handling—from receiving and storage to preparation and service. Participants who successfully complete the course and examination will earn a Certificate of Completion from ServSafe® and a Certification in Food Protection from the Ohio Department of Health, meeting the standards set by the Ohio Revised Code 3701-21-25 for Level II Certification in Food Protection Manager Certification.

- Food service managers and handlers at restaurants
- Convenience and grocery store personnel
- School food service workers
- Members of civic groups involved in food preparation for sale and consumption
In-Person Class Details:
- Cost: $200 (Cash or Check only)

- May 12th: Exam from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- June 9th: Class from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- June 16th: Class resumes at 9:00 AM; Exam at 1:00 PM
- July 28th: Exam from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- August 11th: Class from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- August 18th: Class resumes at 9:00 AM; Exam at 1:00 PM
