Baker Professor of Agricultural Economics at Cornell University, who will provide an update on where we are in the Federal Milk Market Order Reform process. The International Dairy Foods Association has submitted a formal request for updating the ‘make allowances,’ while the National Milk Producers Association is in the process of submitting a request for a more comprehensive reform package. Dr. Wolf will help us understand what the proposed changes could mean for the nation’s dairy farmers.
