Erin Royster, University of Minnesota Professor will be discussing new trends in mastitis organisms and strategies for control and also strategies for selective dry off treatments. Tom Berry, Vice President of Quality Assurance, Associated Milk Producers Inc.Milk will be highlighting the milk quality measures that are important to processor’s and their customers. Jennifer Bentley, ISU Extension Field specialist will discuss how to conduct a successful milker training program. Troubleshooting mastitis in your herd will be covered by Derek Nolan, University of Illinois. There will also be a panel of dairy producers discussing their keys to achieving high milk quality that will be moderated by Helen Korzec, owner of Korzec Dairy Optimization, LLC
