ImmuCell Corporation is pleased to announce the company’s fifth new hire in the past three months amid a period of rapid growth: Jacee Lancaster has joined as Sales and Marketing Manager for the Western region, covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah and Alaska. She will focus on helping dairy and beef producers, veterinarians, and distribution partners to better understand how ImmuCell’s First Defense® product line protects newborn calves. First Defense provides calves with immediate immunity against the most common scours-causing pathogens, including E. coli, coronavirus, and rotavirus.
Lancaster has a strong background in agriculture and producer relations. Prior to joining ImmuCell, she served as Livestock Director for the Utah State Fair, overseeing all livestock events, producing Utah’s Own PRCA Rodeo, and training employees. In April 2026, Lancaster was named to the COWGIRL 30 Under 30 from a field of nearly 200 applicants. Honorees are recognized for professional achievement, leadership, integrity, and a deep commitment to the Western way of life.
Born and raised in south-central Idaho, Lancaster’s agriculture roots include 4-H, FFA, and rodeo. She learned about responsibility and acquired a strong sense of community through livestock raising. Lancaster is an Idaho State University graduate.
