What Is A SoyRoaster?
The SoyRoaster utilizes a concept that constantly and continuously produces evenly roasted and ground beans for dairy feed. Powered by electricity, the roaster heats oil inside a heating chamber to roast beans.
The beans are cooked for 30 minutes, then enter a cooling hopper and continue to steep for an additional 15 minutes. The beans are then augered into a 24’’ Hammermill, where they are ground to the desired feed component. Finally, the beans are blown through a blower to your feed holding bin or storage unit!
The SoyRoaster has the capacity to roast up to 10,000 lbs. of product in a 24-hour period. With a custom designed control panel, it runs completely automatic to produce the right soy product for your farm operation!

The SoyRoaster is manufactured by A.N. Martin Systems, a grain handling installation and full-service company in upstate New York. We travel across the Northeast US, installing complete grain systems, storage bins, dryers, and feed mills.
