We’re on our way to Houston for the NCBA this week, Trade Show Space 126. We are excited to meet with feedyard owners and managers who’ve agreed to talk with us about their silage and high moisture corn inventories.
From our perspective, silage is silage, it doesn’t know whether it’s being fed to dairy or beef. But the need for inventory control, the best forage and corn nutrition, and a safe working environment is something both beef and dairy farmers must do something about.
February 8 – 10 we’ll welcome visitors to the most comfortable tent at World Ag Expo, DS 105/106, just west of the Dairy Center, as usual. We will announce winners of the 3rd annual Sealpro® Forage Contest on Tuesday. On Wednesday we host a free coffee break from 10 – 11:30 am for the Dairy Girl Network. Our wildly popular “You Be the Judge” Forage Judging contest is on all week, with winners announced on Thursday.
