DATCP’s International Agribusiness Center is collaborating with the Livestock Exporters Association of the USA to host a Kazakhstani dairy delegation to World Dairy Expo during the first week of October.
With a growing middle class, Kazakhstan has developed into a leading market in central Asia and is positioning itself as an economic hub in the region. Its government plans to develop 65 new dairy operations with 500 to 2,000 cows each over the next few years. The delegation is interested in meeting genetics, feed, and equipment businesses while in Wisconsin.
