Kuhn North America, Inc., is pleased to introduce the Gladiator® XL 1210, a commercial‑grade, 24‑row strip‑till toolbar engineered for high-capacity performance. Building on the proven Gladiator 1210 design, the XL model expands to 24 rows and pairs with a 16‑ton Montag dry fertilizer system for significantly increased onboard fertilizer capacity.
Designed for demanding field conditions, the Gladiator XL 1210 features high flotation mainframe tires and castering gauge wheels on the wings to protect soil structure and support the high-capacity fertilizer load. Single button ISOBUS folding streamlines operation and significantly reduces hydraulic connections, while maintaining familiar single SCV field operational control.
To streamline tractor hookup and operation, the Gladiator XL 1210 requires only two hydraulic SCVs plus power‑beyond to run the toolbar and the standard hydraulic jack. This machine delivers a truly commercial strip‑till solution, enabling farmers to cover more acres with fewer stops and greater overall efficiency.
Premium features come standard, including ISOBUS control, hydraulic jack, GPS globe mount, and LED work lights. Customers can equip the system with Montag Gen 1 or Gen 2 dry fertilizer systems in 16‑ton capacities, along with scales, ISOBUS rate control, and ISOBUS blockage monitoring.
The KUHN Gladiator XL 1210 features 24 ST-PRO™ II row units on 30-inch spacing for an overall working width of 60 feet. The row units are mounted on a high-capacity toolbar with an integrated dry fertilizer system to maximize productivity and efficiency.
The Gladiator XL 1210 will be available to order in December 2026.
