Maine Livestock Farmer Survey

At University of Maine Extension we think a lot about the care and welfare of livestock and poultry – sometimes referred to as “food animals” in Maine.

The University of Maine Cooperative Extension and the Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation, and Forestry are partnering to submit a grant proposal to the USDA to enhance the training of veterinarians and veterinary technicians whose work involves large animals (specifically food animals).  We’d like your input regarding the type of training you think Maine vets and vet techs need to best assist you with your animals by completing this livestock farmer survey

With the opportunity to expand services to you, the farmers of Maine, come questions about your biggest areas of interest and need.

Completing the short survey will take about 7 MINUTES of your time – and it will strengthen our application tremendously, and – most importantly – help us better serve YOUR NEEDS.
