Offered by the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine
and the New York Farm Viability Institute
Wednesday, September 14, 2022 | 4:00-5:00 PM EST
Ingestion of an adequate amount of high-quality colostrum is essential for the growth and health of newborn calves, yet many farms struggle to manage periods of low colostrum supply. This webinar will overview colostrum components and discuss findings from a recent study describing nutritional and farm management factors associated with colostrum production. Colostrum feeding and monitoring programs will also be covered in a panel discussion. This event is free of charge, but registration is required.
