PDMP and NEDPA Hosting Power Surge Discussions

With climate change becoming more and more front and central, the Professional Dairy Managers of Pennsylvania and the Northeast Dairy Producers Association will host a series of Dairy “Power Surge” Discussions to give farmers the opportunity to learn and share ideas about the industry’s role in climate change. Each discussion will be kicked off by a panel of influencers, technical experts, and resources to help producers understand expectations and opportunities from the Net Zero initiative.

The first “Power Surge” Discussion will be on Wednesday, March 17, from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Hear from these panelists:

• Russell Redding, Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture
• Richard Ball, New York Commissioner of Agriculture
• Jamie Jonker, VP of Sustainability, National Milk Producers Federation
• Kelly Sheridan, Director of Environmental Outreach, DMI
