End-of-the-year episodes help producers stay in tune with industry news and trends

 

Episodes of PDPW’s The Dairy Signal™ next week will focus on managing people and technology on modern dairy farms. The Tues., Dec. 28 episode will highlight communication skills for working with different personality styles on your team. On Wednesday we’ll focus on designing robotic milking systems and the Thursday session will highlight work life-balance, especially in family operations.

Thursday, Dec. 30
Tune in for a discussion on life on and off the farm for family business owners. Gather key tips and strategies to manage both business and family life and how to keep the two separate when needed. Episode presenter will be:

• Monica McConkey – Rural Mental Health Counselor, Eyes on the Horizon Consulting
