The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) has posted the public hearing notice for ATCP 52 – CR 25-057 re: Producer-led Watershed Protection Grants, Nitrogen Optimization Pilot Program, and the Crop Insurance Rebate for Planting Cover Crops program. Public comments will be accepted through September 23, 2025 and can be submitted to datcplandwater@wisconsin.gov.
