In August, Rabobank issued a report entitled "The Changing Landscape of U.S. Dairy," documenting the growing percentage of U.S. milk being produced by larger farms... an estimated 58% from farms with 1000 cows or more. In this conversation with DairyBusiness' Joel Hastings, the report's author, St. Louis based Rabobank dairy analyst Ben Laine, talks about the impacts of this trend, including some risks.
