The California Milk Advisory Board’s 8th Real California Milk Excelerator is now accepting applications from startups and entrepreneurs developing innovative products made with at least 50% real dairy.
This year’s program includes two tracks: an Incubator for early-stage brands and out-of-state founders ready to expand into California, and an Accelerator for growth-stage companies ready for a 10-week commercialization sprint. Participants gain access to buyer and distributor connections, mentorship, AI-powered go-to-market tools, and support from California’s dairy innovation ecosystem.
