Udderwash of New Zealand announces the launch of Sanitise, a whole new revolution of animal care for the dairy industry. This system removes the need for teat sprays. No more expensive teat sprays while maintaining the same or better milk results.

Udderwash is launching 3 products in New Zealand May 2025. They will have three options, in-race herringbone system, rotary shed system plus a handheld device.

The herringbone and rotary system is full automated – reducing staff.

USA and Australia we will be launching these products in October 2025. They will also be launching the teat

pre-cleaner, which cleans all 4 teats at one time, drys them, and also has quarter temperature technology to alert the operator when a quarter or complete udder has increased temperatures. The device vibrates and illuminates. This device also has the sanitise technology employed and it all happens and nothing touches the udder.

The use of this pre-cleaner takes approximately 5-6 seconds per cow.

The system has evolved from years of development creating a unique compact and robust technology with a nono infusion system treating the water on delivery.
