Ritchie Bros. The portfolio features 12 established ranches made up of farmland, pastureland and open range – all sustainable, turnkey operations capable of supporting thousands of head of cattle. Buyers can purchase individual ranches or the full portfolio. The current owner is open to lease-back arrangements, offering investors the chance to retain experienced operators while generating immediate returns.

Each property offers a mix of irrigated cropland, native rangeland and established infrastructure – providing strong productivity, flexible use and long-term sustainability. Buy Now pricing is subject to seller approval, with values listed in both U.S. and Canadian dollars. Cattle are also available at market price upon request.
