At the American Cheese Society Annual Conference, we celebrate a vibrant and growing market for world-class American-made cheeses. Our commitment to education, connection, and celebration ensures the next generation of ACS members is prepared to lead the industry into the future.
Louisville’s rich quilting heritage inspires ACS 2026, reminding us that the strongest communities are stitched together piece by piece, where every patch, thread, and stitch comes together to create something bigger, brighter, and more beautiful. Just like a quilt, the cheese community is pieced together from many parts: makers, mongers, producers, retailers, and enthusiasts — all joining to create unforgettable experiences, shared learning, and celebrations of all things cheese.
Stay tuned for hotel info, registration, and programming highlights — we can’t wait to share it with you!
We’re forming the ACS 2026 Host City Committee! Join us to help craft and plan an unforgettable local experience — from tours to cheese crawls and more.
